CDS Curing’s Envirocure E2 has been featured in the July 2026 edition of Concrete Products, highlighting the real-world results achieved at Western Materials.
Following several years of development, testing and field demonstrations, Envirocure E2 was developed to challenge conventional approaches to concrete curing and help manufacturers gain greater control over their curing environment.
Working with Western Materials, CDS Curing has demonstrated how improved control of temperature, humidity and airflow can support a more efficient and consistent curing process, while significantly reducing reliance on energy and water.
Results observed in a production environment have included substantially lower energy and water usage, improved curing consistency and stronger early-age product performance.
By taking greater control of the curing environment, Envirocure E2 provides concrete manufacturers with an alternative to traditional curing processes that can require large quantities of steam, water and energy.
The system can be applied to both new and existing concrete production plants, helping manufacturers improve process efficiency, reduce operating costs and work towards more sustainable production.
The work at Western Materials provides a real-world example of the results that can be achieved by rethinking the concrete curing process.
We are proud to see the Envirocure E2 journey and the results achieved at Western Materials featured in Concrete Products.
