INSTALLATION
Getting a new kiln or furnace into production involves more than placing equipment on a floor and connecting services. CDS Group manages the full installation process, from initial site surveys and planning through to coordination with other contractors, risk assessments and physical installation. We work to minimise disruption to your wider operation and ensure the equipment is installed correctly from the outset, giving it the best possible foundation for long term performance.
COMMISSIONING
Once installed, every kiln and furnace we commission goes through a structured performance verification process before it enters production. This includes temperature uniformity checks, safety interlock testing, instrumentation calibration and confirmation that control sequences are operating as designed. We also provide operator familiarisation as part of the commissioning process, making sure your team understands how to run the equipment confidently and safely from day one.
SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE

CDS Group provides planned preventative maintenance programmes designed to catch developing issues before they become unplanned stoppages.
