INDUSTRIAL BATCH FURNACES
CONTROLLED THERMAL PROCESSING FOR FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION
CDS Group designs and manufactures batch furnaces for industrial thermal processing applications where controlled heating, reliable performance and flexible load handling are required.
Batch furnaces are used where products are processed in defined loads rather than through a continuous production line. A typical batch furnace cycle involves loading the chamber, running a controlled heat profile, holding at temperature where required, and unloading the completed batch before the next cycle begins. This makes them well suited to applications where product type, load size, process time or temperature requirements may vary between production runs.
DESIGN APPROACH
CDS Group can engineer batch furnaces around product size, load weight, operating temperature, heating method, chamber layout, airflow, atmosphere requirements and plant integration. We aim to provide a furnace that supports both the thermal duty and the practical realities of day-to-day production.
